La Caleta de Tortugas is a Peruvian resort located in the district of Comandante Noel, province of Casma, Department of Ancash, on km 395.5 of the Panamericana Norte, 20 km northwest of the city of Casma and about 35 km southeast of the city of Chimbote.

Its name comes from the presence of turtles, which are said to have been abundant years ago. Others consider that it comes from the turtle shape of the island located in front of the inlet, looking at it at a certain distance from the southwest-northeast axis, and some others attribute the name to the turtle shape of the hill of the same name, looking at it from the North.

The Tortugas Spa is a beautiful gulf with very clean waters. Its waters are very calm and are nestled between high hills. On the stone beach you can see curious formations.

In the past, it was a turtle haven, which is why this spa takes its name.

At the Tortugas Spa you can practice paddle boarding, kite surfing, kayaking, snorkeling or riding a boat, ATV or jet ski. If you are ready for adventure, the Spa is the best
option that you can have on the coastal coast.
